Peddi Holds Decent on First Monday!

Peddi had a very good start at the box office, making around Rs 250 crore globally. On the first Monday, the movie's earnings dropped a bit, but the performance is still considered good compared to the strong numbers it made over the weekend.

Right now, the main support for the film is coming from Andhra Pradesh.
Even with higher ticket prices, many areas in the state are still seeing decent crowd levels. Nizam and Ceeded are also doing well, helping Peddi earn an estimated Rs 16 to 18 crore worldwide on Monday.

However, the film's performance outside India is not meeting expectations.
While it's doing well in the domestic market, the overseas collections are not as strong as hoped. The coming weekdays will be important in deciding how long the movie can keep its good momentum.

Industry experts think Peddi needs to stay steady for the next four days to get the best out of its second weekend.
At the same time, there are talks about lowering ticket prices to draw more people to the theaters on weekdays.

Another challenge is coming up as schools and colleges are set to reopen next week.
With normal routines resuming, the film team will need to work harder to attract families and students during its run.

The team is also trying to keep the movie's popularity going.
A recent thank you event got a lot of attention, and a big success event is expected soon.

With a break-even target of around Rs 500 crore worldwide, Peddi still has a long way to go.
It's unclear how Ram Charan's rural sports drama will handle the important days ahead.
