Lokesh Didn’t Get It Right With Rajni?

The teaser for Superstar Rajnikanth's upcoming film "Coolie" has just been released. Due to Lokesh Kanagaraj's role as the film's director, the teaser generated a lot of anticipation for its release. While Rajni's fans are overjoyed by the glimpse of #Thailavar171, the director's fans are unimpressed. Discover why!

The glimpse of "Coolie" is all about showing Superstar Rajni to the world through Lokesh Kanagaraj's eyes. And those who had high hopes for Rajni to portray Kamal from "Vikram" or Vijay from "Leo" have been extremely disappointed. While the very first looks at those movies have truly shocked the crowd, some way or another Rajni's Coolie hasn't made such fury. Although the idea of using gold chains as weapons was certainly novel, Rajni's preachy dialogue and lack of originality in presentation have greatly offended moviegoers.

The audience was astonished by Anirudh's music, Lokesh's concepts, and Kamal's excellent screen presence when the first glimpse of "Vikram" was shown. In addition, Vijay's Leo glimpse, in which he selects a weapon from melting chocolate, is fantastic. One asks why Lokesh Kanagaraj hasn't made something of that sort for Rajni, however perhaps the chief is concealing everything for the trailer.
