Rashmika Mandanna impressed people across the country with her portrayal of Srivari in the film Pushpa. The first part was a massive hit and the team is currently busy promoting the second part. The team held a pre-release event in Chennai today where they almost hinted at the third instalment of Pushpa.
Talking about how the role of Srivari changed her career, Rashmika expressed her joy. "My life was before and after Pushpa. "After this film is over, I don't know how to react, there are so many things I miss. My life is like the film 'Pushpa' - part one, part two and part three," she said.
Rashmika made her Telugu debut with the film 'Chalo' which released in 2018. It's been eight years since the film's release and Rashmika claims she has been working on the project 'Pushpa' for nearly five years now. Her hint that there will be a third part is sure to add to the excitement for the film.
Earlier, Rao Ramesh had confirmed in an interview that there will be a third part of the film. However, the team is yet to officially confirm this. Cherry, CEO of Mythri Movie Makers, also said today that he is looking forward to working with Allu Arjun for Pushpa 3.
It seems that the makers have planned a major cliffhanger at the end of the second part, providing a perfect transition for the third part. We will have to wait for a few more days for an official confirmation.
Pushpa 2: The Rule will hit theatres on December 5. Sukumar is the director of the film.
