‘A’ Hurdle For Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic?

This year's summer will start off with a big event for Indian cinema as Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic will compete at the box office on March 19th.
Trade experts are really excited about this big showdown.

Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar 2 is hoping to take advantage of the huge success of the first movie.

On the other hand, Toxic is riding on Yash's massive popularity after the huge success of KGF 2.

What's interesting is that both movies share a common point that might affect how well they do at the box office, depending on how audiences react once they are shown.

Dhurandhar had a lot of strong action and violent scenes, and the sequel is expected to have a similar amount of intense and bloody scenes because of the excitement and hype among moviegoers.

Now, the makers of Toxic have also given some clues through their latest teaser.
The Yash starrer is expected to be a tough and raw story with explicit scenes and lots of bloody action sequences.

So, it's clear that both Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic will be given an A certificate without any doubt.
Usually, movies with an A rating have a hard time attracting family audiences and this could be a problem even if they get good reviews and positive word of mouth.

It will be interesting to see if the decision to go with full-length, violent scripts works out and if both films can do well at the box office despite the A certificate.
