Horror Re Release Brings Unexpected Crowd To Theatres

Right now, even new movies are having a hard time getting people to go to the cinema, but something unexpected is happening. The Telugu version of the horror movie Kanchana is being shown again in theaters across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, and it's getting a lot of attention from moviegoers.

The film is doing really well in advance bookings and is even becoming a top trend on ticket booking websites.

Many theaters are seeing good numbers, with some shows almost selling out. Experts say the movie made about two to three crore rupees on its first day.

What's even more surprising is that the film is a dubbed movie that came out a long time ago.

But the popularity of the Muni horror comedy series among Telugu audiences helped bring people back to theaters.

Another reason is that it's been a while since fans have seen Raghava Lawrence on the big screen.

For many movie lovers, the re-release of Kanchana gave them a chance to experience it again in the theater.

With the box office currently not doing very well, the film has given some much-needed support to theater owners.

Until new releases come out soon, exhibitors expect Kanchana to keep drawing in decent crowds on weekends.
