New Directors Facing a Terrible Experience in Tollywood?

There is a common belief that Tollywood always supports new talent and creative minds. Many producers are often seen as welcoming new filmmakers to bring fresh ideas and succeed in the industry. However, the actual situation is quite different from what is shown to the public. A lot of new directors face tough experiences when trying to get work opportunities.

Most of them don’t talk about how they are treated because they are afraid or for other reasons.
But some do share their real stories to make people outside the industry aware of the difficulties directors go through in their journey.

Sudheer Sriram, director of "Sampradayani Suppini Sudhhapusani," has spoken about how he was treated when he approached people connected with famous production houses.
He exposed how these people often ignore young directors with weak excuses.

He explained that some well-known producers first showed interest in working with him, but later stopped responding without any reason.
He shared the tough time he had waiting for offers from top producers.

Sudheer expressed his anger about how representatives of big producers treat waiting directors unfairly.
They often keep directors waiting without giving any feedback on their scripts.

This kind of treatment puts a lot of pressure on new directors, leading them to lose confidence and feel discouraged.
It's time for producers to ensure that new directors are not mistreated and are treated with respect by everyone involved.
