April 17 Releases Need a Big Push

April has already had two Fridays pass, but the box office hasn't seen any big successes. Movies like Biker and Rakasa got some good reviews, but they didn't really make a strong impact. They didn't fully meet what audiences were expecting, which made their earnings slow. Even breaking even seems challenging for them.

The new movie Dacoit started well and is still doing steady business, but we don't know yet how it will do overall.
On the other side, Love Insurance Kompany is having a tough time at the ticket window because of mixed reactions.

Now, everyone is watching the movies coming out on April 17.
Naga Shaurya's Bad Boy Karthik, which has been a long time coming, hasn't created much excitement. Even on social media, the response has been quiet, mostly because of delays and a regular-looking trailer.

Kiran Abbavaram's Thimmarajupalli TV has some good promotions, but it's not clear if that will translate into good opening numbers, as it needs consistent positive talk.

Another film, Paapam Pratap, featuring Tiruveer and backed by ETV Win, doesn't look promising.
There's not much buzz around it. Fans are hoping this could be Tiruveer's big break after his success on OTT.

Also, the Malayalam dubbed film Palli Chattambi is coming after a short delay, along with Bollywood's Bhoot Bangla.
April 17 is a big day for the box office, and we'll have to see if these films do well or if Dhurandhar 2 keeps making money.
