Monday Stories: Biker Struggles, Rakasa Holds Decent

Last week, two new movies, Biker and Rakasa, came out. Biker, starring Sharwanand, was bought by Dil Raju for around 15 crore, but it's not doing well at the box office and might not make back all the money. The losses could be covered in future deals with UV Creations and Vishwambhara.

Rakasa, featuring Sangeeth Sobhan, is doing better.

 It was sold for about 4 crore in Andhra Pradesh, but in West and Krishna regions, the producers released it themselves. In other areas, Mythri handled the release, which helped the movie do reasonably well.

So, Biker is having a tough time, but Rakasa is doing okay with average earnings.
