MEGA Legacy: Father and Son Set Record Milestone!

In a very rare and special moment in Telugu cinema, a father and son have set new records with their biggest solo blockbusters of their careers.

Megastar Chiranjeevi and his son, Mega Power Star Ram Charan, have reached an amazing milestone by making the two biggest-grossing South Indian films of the year.

Chiranjeevi's last film, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, was a huge hit, earning over 300 crore and becoming the highest-grossing film in South India in 2026.

Now, Ram Charan has gone even further with his new film, Peddi.
This movie has crossed the total earnings of Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, joined the 300 crore club, and become the highest-grossing South Indian film of the year.

What makes this even more special is that the top two highest-grossing films of the year are from a father and son duo, which has never happened before in Indian cinema.

Chiranjeevi's film, directed by Anil Ravipudi, was a big hit during the Sankranthi season, entertaining audiences with its wholesome story.
Ram Charan's Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, touched hearts as an inspiring story about rural sports released at the end of the summer season.

Throughout his long and successful career, Chiranjeevi has made many blockbuster hits and also explored new and meaningful stories in cinema.

Ram Charan, following in his father's footsteps, has always kept a balance between making money and telling strong, meaningful stories.

After the huge success of Rangasthalam, Ram Charan has once again received a lot of praise for his amazing transformation and best performance of his career in Peddi.

With both father and son reaching new heights at the same time, the Mega legacy continues to set new records at the box office.
