Happy Time, Theaters Get Relief After A Long Time!

The Telugu film industry and its theaters have found some relief in the past month. After the Sankranthi festival, the box office slowed down, and most movies didn’t do well, like dried leaves falling.

Not many films were making money, and theaters had a hard time covering their costs.Exhibitors started asking for the Percentage System to be introduced.

But then, things started to improve a little.Ram Charan’s Peddi released and kept the theaters busy for more than three weeks.

Blast surprised some areas with decent numbers. Singeetham and Deewana performed well in certain areas, though they didn’t do well overall.

Samantha’s Maa Inti Bangaram is also set for a three-week run and made everyone happy in the trade.

It’s the biggest hit this year in terms of return on investment.

Nagabandham, despite negative reviews, had a good first weekend. Even with higher costs, the movie still brought in crowds.

Rao Bahadur is doing well in Hyderabad, especially in the multiplexes.Obsession also brought in good crowds to the multiplexes in Hyderabad.

Even if the results aren’t huge, it’s a positive sign that theaters are getting some business. If Lenin does well next week, the good times might continue for a while.
