Ajith’s Vidaamuyarchi Postponed From Pongal, Financial Hurdles?

Ajith's Vidaamuyarchi was supposed to compete in the Sankranti race along with Telugu's great game changer Dark Maharaj and Sankrantiki Vastunam. But in a recent update, the film has been postponed.  

Lyca Productions has released an official announcement that Vidaamuyarchi will not be released on Pongal day. The statement said that due to "unavoidable circumstances", Vidaamuyarchi will not be released on Pongal day. 

However, although not officially announced, the film is expected to release at a later date in the last week of January. In this connection, rumours were rife that Vidhamyarki will not be taking part in the Pongal race due to financial reasons.
