Chiru’s MSG: 300 Cr World Wide and $3 Million in NA

Megastar Chiranjeevi is breaking box office records with his Sankranti film Mana Shankar Vara Prasad Garu, which is doing really well even on weekdays. The film had a huge opening on January 12th and smashed many records in Telugu states and overseas during the first week because of great reviews and word of mouth, taking full advantage of the festival season.

The film, directed by Anil Ravipudi, has now crossed two big box office milestones this Monday, which is a key day for all Sankranti movies.
Mana Shankar Vara Prasad Garu has earned 300 crores worldwide and has become the fastest regional film to reach that mark. It has also become Chiranjeevi's highest-grossing film so far.

Another big achievement for the film is that it has become the first movie to make $3 million in North America, the largest overseas market, for both Chiranjeevi and Anil Ravipudi.
After a great opening, the film has continued to do well every day and ended the first week on a strong note.

Chiranjeevi's great comedy and classic dance steps, along with Ravipudi's fun and entertaining style, have made Mana Shankar Vara Prasad Garu a hit across different types of audiences.
The festive mood has helped the film make lots of money in all areas of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Mana Shankar Vara Prasad Garu has already become the clear winner of Sankranti and the biggest blockbuster of the year.
It is still dominating the Tollywood box office, and more records are expected to be broken in the coming days.
